Here is the schedule for the workshop of 27 young architects from Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine as they work together to design a sustainable city district for Clever Cities Group in District New Pärnu. They will be guided by experienced architects and mentors who have enviable reputations from Estonia, Finland, and Latvia.

City Tour: City-wide tour of Pärnu for all architects and mentors, notable features of the city by Ann Eichhorst city tour Specialist.
Location : The bus will stop behind Endla Theater, where the Specialist, Ann, will take the group on a city tour.

Evening Welcome Event : Event opening initial words by Pärnu Deputy Mayor, Silver Smeljanski. Welcome event for all architects, mentors and guests, providing networking and team-building opportunities. This includes a welcome speech, introduction of participants, and Dinner and Drinks.

Judging and Awards Ceremony: Invite a panel of distinguished judges, including renowned architects, city planners, and representatives from the sponsors. Conduct the final presentation session at the reserved library, which is open to judges, sponsors, mentors, and interested attendees. Allocate time for each team to present their designs, followed by Q&A sessions. Award the winning team with a trophy or certificate and recognise the contributions of all participants. Capture high-quality photographs and videos during the event.
